2. DEFINITIONS

• “Order” refers to the purchase request made by the Buyer.
• “Agreement” refers to these Terms and any related transaction documents.

3. ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

3.3. An Order is deemed accepted once Seller sends an order confirmation to Buyer.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and governmental actions.

All trademarks, logos, and product designs remain the exclusive property of the Seller and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Morocco.

10.2. Any disputes shall be settled amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
